Future Projects 10th Anniversary


This coming April Future Projects (NR5 Project) celebrates its 10 year anniversary.

Since its inception as a youth club in 2000, to respond to young people causing anti-social behaviour, the Project has developed its services to support the emerging needs of the clients and service users we work with. Our programmes include;
- Independent Special School specialising in pro- vision for children with emotional and behaviour difficulties and/or statement of special educa- tional need

Norfolk Black History Month 08


October heralds the 6th annual Norfolk Black History Month, and this year promises to be the biggest and best celebrations to date.

Highlights this year include MOBO Award-winning Hip Hop arist Sway, the inaugural Norfolk Black Film Festival, The Gentlemen of Motown, comedian Richard Blackwood and the legendary reggae artist Macka B.

Norfolk's Hidden Heritage


We have successfully completed this project and far exceeded our initial aims and objectives. We have uncovered previously unknown links between Norfolk and the transatlantic slavery and have evidenced a continuous BME presence in Norfolk for over 400 years.
